End-User License Agreement for A1D.ai Software

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING A1D.AI SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

The A1D.ai software program (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”) and any accompanying documentation are copyrighted and are proprietary products of A1D.ai. The Software is also protected by international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Except as explicitly stated, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

2. General License Usage and Restrictions

This License allows you to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. You may not use the Software on multiple computers simultaneously or host the Software on a network for use on multiple computers. You may make a backup copy of the Software, provided it includes all copyright and proprietary notices.

Sharing the Software or allowing others to view its contents is a violation of this License. Commercial or multi-user licenses must be purchased separately.

NFR (Not for Resale) Copies: Software provided on a promotional basis may only be used for demonstration, testing, and evaluation and cannot be resold or transferred.
